To that end, all items or services purchased from Helen Brenner Coaching, LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Helen Brenner Coaching, LLC.

Should it become evident that your needs surpass the scope of my coaching practice, I will not hesitate to recommend seeking additional or alternative professional support, such as a licensed therapist or counselor.
