Your unconscious mind is driving more than you think

A fascinating tidbit about your brain that might surprise you:

Did you know that the brain reacts way before you’re consciously aware of it?

👉 In fact, it could take ten seconds before you become fully aware of what’s happening in your unconscious mind.

Count with me: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.

That’s quite a long time for subtle messages to be missed.

In that time lots of decisions are being made in your unconscious that determine how you'll act and react, and feel.

I like to use the metaphor of driving down a highway at full speed with eyes on a cell phone for 10 seconds.

Imagine the chaos that would most definitely occur!?

That chaos is occurring in your mind and by the time you realize it, you're panicking, nauseous, or whatever it is your mind brings to you.

But it doesn't have to be that way.

The unconscious mind is incredibly powerful, influencing our thoughts, actions, and reactions in ways we often don't realize.

It stores our long-held beliefs, memories, and patterns—both positive and negative.

You have the ability to reshape these patterns.
